Jeff Bause
President & CEO
Jeff has been with the company for more than a decade. During his career, he also served as Groome’s Chief Operating Officer and has extensive experience in the various lines of business within the company, including Catalyst Maintenance Service, HRSG, and Industrial Cleaning. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
Mike Jacisin
Chief Financial Officer
Mike brings more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility to his role at Groome. He has worked for more than a decade with engineering and other high-quality service companies. Mike has a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Steve Houghton
Chief Revenue Officer
Steve is well-versed in all the industries and services Groome represents ranging from HRSG and Refinery to Waste-to-Energy, and from Industrial Cleaning & Surface Coatings to Hangar Door Services. He has a track record of success in his sales, operation and marketing roles at companies providing industrial supplies and services over his 22-year career. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Rowan University.
Greg Parker
Chief Operating Officer
Greg Parker has been with Groome Industrial since 2018 and held multiple positions. Greg was instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans for diversification of revenue, integration of acquired entities, and rapid strategic growth. Greg is respected as a strong leader with over 39 years of experience. Prior to joining Groome, Greg served over 34 years in the Untied States Army, retiring at the rank of Brigadier General.
Veronica Cregar
Chief People Officer
Delivering cultural transformation has been a key outcome of Veronica’s career in HR. Veronica has held various executive HR roles for start-ups, high-growth organizations, and Global Fortune 100 companies. Veronica holds a BA degree in Management from DeSales University, advanced HR Certifications from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and serves on FDU’s Board for the Gildart Haas School of Computer Sciences and Engineering.
Paul Andersen
Chief Administrative Officer
Paul has more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions in public and private accounting. During his career, he also served as W-S Companies’ Chief Financial Officer. Paul holds a BA in Accounting from Creighton University.
